How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time usually takes 2 - 7 days but can take longer if your region is far from city centers. You can email us your order ID and we will provide you with an Aramex tracking code to use.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently only delivery to the GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Emirates, Lebanon & United States).

Where can I check your delivery policies?

By clicking on delivery information in the footer menu or our policies tab.

How do I order a gift for someone?

To order a gift for someone, after adding your billing information you can change the shipping information to the person’s address.

How will I know when my registration is complete?

You will receive a confirmation email after you have signed up.

How do I track my order?

Paste the tracking number in Aramex website www.aramex.com (You can find your tracking number and the courier company name in the confirmation email sent to you after your order was placed).

What are my payment options?

For your convenience we have provided you with many payment methods available to suit all your needs, namely: Visa, Debit Card, MasterCard, JCB, Benefit, Credit Mix, KNET, Mada.

What Delivery company do you use?

We only employ a single courier at the moment which is Aramex.
